This Pennsylvania based manufacturer is well known and well respected in the industry. They have only one factory based in Middleburg, PA, but don’t let that fool you. Their 280,000 square foot factory can turn out as many as 60 modular sections per week. Having just the one factory does limit delivery options mostly to the Eastern United States. Their staff is exceptionally experienced as the production team has an average of over 15 years of experience.

Like many modular manufacturers, their homes come with a 10 year structural warranty, but they also back that up with product warranties for specific items within the home. Not content to build just one or two styles of homes, PBS has built almost every kind of home imaginable since opening in 2000.
