Living Homes is a manufacturer of both low cost and high end modern modular homes. They focus on sustainable building, both in their manufacturing practices and in the finished homes themselves. All homes use the LEED certification system, so you’ll know just how your home stacks up when it comes to environmental impact.

What Makes Them Unique?

Living Homes has no in-house team of architects. Instead, they prefer to work with what they call “best-of-breed architects” who provide designs that differ from each other as much as the architects do. This gives them the opportunity to get designs from veteran architects like Ray Kappe, Kieran Timberlake, and others who do high-end design for many different companies.
