Virginia Building Solutions is a custom modular home builder that works primarily in Eastern Virginia, the Northern Neck, and Middle Peninsula. Founded in 2004, by John Garrett, the company originally built modular homes on spec and then sold the finished homes. Once people got a look at the construction quality however, the company was inundated with requests to build custom homes for individual clients. Since then, the company has been committed to its mission of “providing a quality home and superior building system at a fraction of the time and cost.”
