East Coast Homes is a custom modular home builder based in the Northeast that has its roots planted firmly in New England. They have built homes for thousands of families in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York.

What Makes Them Unique?

East Coast Homes is one of the few modular builders that will do as much or as little of the work for you as you want. They offer completely turnkey services where they take care of everything from planning to drafting, to demolition of old construction, to site work, to completion, and everything in between. Alternatively they can provide any one of those services a la carte.

They have experience building every time of home, but being based in the Northeast, they construct mostly Cape Cod homes and Two-Story homes.
